Cea In Depth is born from a combination of my nature, passions, an acceptance of the laws of the universe, and an understanding of society’s workings.

As a naturally curious and deeply-reflective person, I always have wanted to understand: WHY. I applied this ever-present question to my greatest passion and mission: healing. As I continued to follow the thread of truth in healing, I was led in unexpected and unconventional directions. Discovering how we truly heal has led me down and into the body, where we cannot use our two eyes to see and instead must feel our way through.

I followed this thread like a dog with a bone. I was more than obsessed: I was purposeful.

Learning how individuals and the collective heal led me into deep dives in theatre and expressive arts, yoga therapy, massage and bodywork therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, somatic psychotherapy, social work, and movement culture (you can learn more about my education and experience at the bottom of this page). More and more, I understood that “mind-body connection” implies the oppressive lie of disconnection. In fact, mind, body, emotions, and soul are one, which constantly reflect each other. Thus, our healing processes require being honored as one whole, complex, dynamic organism that is part of a greater whole. Cea In Depth does just that.

Cea In Depth does just that. Feel the difference…

The services I offer and how we work together reflect the truths of healing that I have doggedly uncovered and embodied myself. What I have unearthed is that the root of all imbalance and dis-ease is a lack of embodying our truths.

This dissociation from authenticity can show up along the spectrum from micro to macro, including but not limited to: posture and movement, chronic pain, mental health, relationships, nutrition and diet, hormone cycles, and social policies.

Core Values

curiosity, presence, playfulness

Curiosity

Every change process, as well as true connection, requires curiosity (not assumption), which weaves through our work via presence, playfulness, and questions that seek to understand and clarify. I remain curious about your truths, your experiences, and your hopes.

authentic, grounded, genuine, humorous, intentional

Authenticity

For you to be on a journey towards genuineness, I, too, must be honest and real with you. I show up as my true-human self in our sessions and my offerings through clear disclosure of any intentions, elimination of agendas, groundedness, and humour. I keep it real, as they say.

integrity, expert, specialist

Integrity

I ensure a gravity-of-center by offering only high-quality services that I myself have deeply integrated, speaking from an embodied-sense of truth, and continuing my own education and furthering my competency. If any need of yours falls outside my scope of practice, I will do my best to connect you with a trusted practitioner or resource.

I know what it is like to live closed, without fully realizing it in the moment.

For years, I felt blocked from diving deeper than thinking about my feelings, and I felt trapped in my circumstances. I experienced symptoms such as racing thoughts, perfectionism, teeth-grinding, and digestive struggles trying to show me that my soul needed attention. At one point in my life, these symptoms culminated in dissociating from my body for nearly a year. The way out is through, and so I journeyed down and into the body, in safe and loving ways, to heal and thrive.

Now, I know what it is like to deepen into the infinite possibilities available through feeling safe in my body, to feel at ease in myself and relationships, and to feel one with the world – and it’s all because I connected deeply within my body and learned to move from my body’s guidance.

A macro-level dis-ease that our modern society faces is superficiality and fast-paced hustle. The medicine waits for us in our bodies – where our wounding can be healed and our insights can be discovered – which requires slowing down and living from our depths.

Through Cea In Depth, you’ll get to do just that: see yourself in depth. And my, how beautiful you are! I hope to Cea soon, and to Cea in depth – you, your loved ones, and this world deserve to know the true, unfolded you.
